Soda Ash
Natrio are the largest distributor of natural soda ash globally.
Soda Ash, the trade name for sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), is a white, anhydrous, powdered or granular material. It is an essential raw material used in the manufacturing of glass, detergents, chemicals and other industrial products.
Sodium Feldspar
Feldspar is a common raw material used in glassmaking, ceramics, and to some extent as a filler and extender in paint, plastics, and rubber. In glassmaking, alumina from feldspar improves product hardness, durability, and resistance to chemical corrosion.
Limestone
Limestone is used as an essential component of concrete (Portland cement), as aggregate for the base of roads and also in glass making. It can be used for remineralizing and increasing the alkalinity of purified water to prevent pipe corrosion and to restore essential nutrient levels.
Used in blast furnaces, limestone binds with silica and other impurities to remove them from the iron.
Sodium Sulfate
Sodium sulfate, also known as sulfate of soda, is the inorganic compound with formula Na2SO4 as well as several related hydrates. It is a raw material used in the manufacturing of detergents, wood pulp, glass, and textiles.
Alumina
Aluminium trihydrate is used as a fire retardant filler in polymer applications. It is also applied as an ultra-low iron source for aluminium oxide (Al2O3) in glass melting furnaces.
Sodium Flurosilicate
Sodium Fluorosilicate, also known as Sodium Silicofluoride or Sodium Hexafluorsilicate, is used in the fluoridation of water and other fluorine raw materials.
Barium Carbonate
Barium carbonate, also known as barium salt, is used in the heat treatment of the steel industry and as carbonization agent of steel, replacing sodium chloride. Other uses include: manufacture of bricks, ceramics, porcelain and glass.
